How does your IT Support process work?
Our IT Support Services are designed to provide comprehensive assistance and guidance to businesses in managing their technology infrastructure effectively. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance of their IT systems. We aim to respond promptly to all client-reported issues within the coverage hours of their support plan. The ticket priority system is as follows:
- Priority 1 (Responds within 1 hour): This level addresses critical network failures during business hours that severely disrupt operations, rendering the network or workstation inoperable without a viable workaround. We prioritize resolving these issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Priority 2 (Responds within 2 hours): This priority is assigned to issues impacting critical network or workstation functionality but with an acceptable workaround available. While these issues are significant, they do not render the network completely unusable. We aim to address and resolve them within a two-hour timeframe to ensure minimal disruption.
- Priority 3 (Scheduled time): Reserved for non-urgent requests such as server migration, new workstation or office move. These tasks are important but not time-sensitive, allowing us to schedule them at a convenient time for your organization without disrupting daily operations.
With IT Support Services, you’re in control. You determine the priority for each support call, as we prioritize saving your time. You can reach us via phone, email, or through our interactive Client Support Portal to submit a ticket.
What do your managed IT services cost?
Our pricing structure is entirely dependent on your organization’s specific requirements to modernize, secure, and optimize your technology infrastructure. We offer a complimentary initial network consultation to assess your existing setup and tailor a precise quote aligned with your organization’s needs. We collaborate closely with you throughout the process to ensure the success of your technology investment.
Do you offer consumer-level repair service?
Austin Lane Managed IT Services specializes in Network Maintenance and does not cater to individual consumers. We do not provide “break/fix” services, and our clientele consists primarily of local businesses and organizations rather than direct consumers.
Austin Lane’s ALIT Services functions as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) that offers a range of proactive IT services to businesses or organizations on a subscription basis. These services may include network monitoring, cybersecurity, data backup and recovery, cloud computing, help desk support, and more. As an MSP, we proactively manage and maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure to ensure its reliability, security, and efficiency, acting as an outsourced IT department for businesses that do not have the resources or expertise to manage their IT needs internally. We focus on serving markets beyond individual consumer-grade services, particularly “break/fix” solutions.
What type of clients do you work with?
We cater to a diverse range of industries, such as legal, non-profit, manufacturing, construction, architectural, government, insurance, real estate, financial, oil & gas, and municipality. Our clients generally possess a minimum of 10 workstations and one server.

We are a certified Microsoft Partner and Kaseya Gold Partner with long-lasting industry relationships with organizations like Barracuda, Meraki, Cisco, Dell, Xerox, Microsoft 365, Ubiquiti, and more.
Can Austin Lane support our smartphones?
Austin Lane offers 15 minutes of support for any request. Most smartphone support needs, such as setting up calendars, contacts, and email, are typically resolved within this timeframe. Hence, smartphones are not covered under the network support agreement. Please be aware that any additional work on smartphones beyond the initial 15 minutes would be considered outside the scope of the agreement.
